Free Screen Replacement

We know accidents happen. It’s annoying and can be an expensive affair. That’s why KAZAM will replace your phone’s screen for free the first time it happens (ask when you buy the device if this service is included).

That is how it works

1 If you have not already registered your phone in »my KAZAM«

2 00 45 35 25 80 09 Our agents will confirm if you qualify for screen replacement.

3 Remove the SIM card, micro SD card and battery and mail the damaged phone.

4 We will repair and return it to you, usually within a week.

5 When you get the device back, just insert the SIM card, micro SD card and battery and check if everything is working properly.
