Oppo Find X9 Ultra & Find X9s: Complete Details and Expected Launch

Oppo recently launched the Find X9 and Find X9 Pro but the series still has one more member to arrive: the Find X9 Ultra. This model is expected to take the crown as Oppo’s flagship for photography, offering the most advanced camera technology in the series. Naturally, many people are curious about what kind of camera feature and capabilities it will offer.

According to recent report from China, Oppo’s Find X9 Ultra may come with a 200MP primary camera using the Sony IMX09E sensor, which is expected to capture exceptionally detailed photos. The phone could also include a periscope telephoto lens with 3x optical zoom powered by the Sony IMX09A sensor ideal for sharp close up shots. In addition these two cameras, the phone is expected to have an ultrawide lens to capture wider scenes plus another periscope telephoto lens designed for extreme zooming. Although details about this additional telephoto lens remain unclear, early reports suggest it will deliver impressive performance.

At this point, it remains uncertain whether the Find X9 Ultra will feature the same 50MP camera with 6x optical zoom that was used on the Find X8 Ultra or if the company will introduce a completely new lens. The Find X9 Ultra is expected to launch in April, roughly one year after the Find X8 Ultra and early reports suggest it may bring improvements to its camera system as well as other major features.

The Find X9s will serve as Oppo’s small screen flagship, following the Find X8s.It is expected to come with the MediaTek Dimensity 9500+ processor, a 6.3-inch display featuring an ultrasonic fingerprint scanner and a huge 7,000 mAh battery for long battery life. The device is likely to launch in March. In terms of pricing, the standard Oppo Find X9 5G with 12GB RAM and 512GB storage is priced at around $1,060 or £950, while the Find X9 Pro with 16GB RAM and the same storage capacity costs about $1,178 or £1,149.
