The Zeno 100 has officially been launched in India by itel carrying the slogan “Rugged. Refined. Ready”. A notable feature of the phone is its MIL-STD-810H certification which signals strong durability and drop resistance. Having this level of ruggedness at such an affordable price point is still relatively uncommon in the market.
The Zeno 100 features a 6.67 inch LCD display with a resolution of 720×1612 pixels offering a 90Hz refresh rate, a 180Hz touch sampling rate and brightness that reaches up to 480 nits. At its core, the smartphone runs on the Unisoc T7100 processor and is available with either 3GB or 4GB of RAM along with 64GB of internal storage that supports expansion. It also offers an 8MP rear camera with LED flash, a 5MP front facing camera, a 3.5mm headphone jack and a side mounted fingerprint scanner integrated into the power button along with a 5,000 mAh battery that supports 10W wired charging.
Notably, the Zeno 100 does not come with 5G support and instead sticks to 4G connectivity. The smartphone will be released in three different colors: Silk Green, Pure Black and Titanium Gold. In terms of pricing the device starts at INR 6,866 for the 3GB RAM option while the 4GB RAM version is priced slightly higher at INR 7,285. Customers will be able to purchase the handset through Amazon once it goes on sale.
