Xiaomi Mi 17 Pro Max is the best-selling product! Easily surpassing the 6K+ threshold

Xiaomi 17 series has been on sale. At present, the sales performance is very good. Many netizens reported that it was sold out offline in their local stores.

Xiaomi founder Lu Weibing just published a post revealing that the Xiaomi 17 series had several goals at the beginning of the project:

– Product lineup changes, full-scale confrontation with Apple

-Add a cup of Pro Max, upgrade the product, improve the product structure, and aim to start the volume at the ultra-high-end of 6K+

-Bold innovation, using a back-screen design, brings some unique “excitement” to the increasingly “mediocre” mobile phone industry.

Lu Weibing emphasized that the product has attracted a lot of attention since its release. Although the first sale has only been going on for two days, the sales results are already very good:

Of the three models, the Pro Max is the best-selling, followed by the Pro, which easily crossed the 6,000+ threshold, demonstrating a historic improvement in product structure. We also saw an increase in Pro orders today.

-The sales ratio of the previous generation standard 1TB version was relatively low, so we did not use 1TB in this generation, but we completed the technical verification in the early stage.

He revealed that because the standard version did not have a 1TB version, users made severe criticisms after the product was released. Xiaomi immediately decided to increase the mass production of the 1TB version and will start delivery on October 5, which also had some impact on the first sale of the standard version.

Lu Weibing emphasized that overall, the bold changes and innovations of the Xiaomi 17 series do involve risks, but we believe that the risks of not actively seeking change are greater. Actual user feedback and purchases have also rewarded our bold innovations, making us feel that it is all worthwhile.

At the same time, he also revealed that Xiaomi 17 series is confident that sales will be greater than the previous generation Xiaomi 15 series.

Regarding Guo Mingchi’s plan to reduce orders for the Xiaomi 17 series, Xiaomi’s general manager of public relations, Wang Hua, said: “There is currently no plan to reduce orders. Because the 16GB+1TB version of the Xiaomi 17 standard edition has been added, and the 17 Pro series has been added, the product structure ratio will change, and the overall product order will increase compared to the previous generation.”
