Enjoy free screen maintenance: Within 2 years of purchase, the device can enjoy free cleaning and maintenance, and 4 free film-sticking services for the inner and outer screens respectively.

Flexible screen body replacement: When the flexible screen of the device fails, we can provide flexible screen body replacement service. There is no need to replace the middle frame and other assemblies together, saving maintenance costs.

Professional on-site service: Pura X users in designated areas can apply for on-site pickup or cleaning services.

It is worth noting that the official website also specifically states that the door-to-door service fee for Pura X regular version users is 99 yuan per time, while Pura X collector’s version users can enjoy free door-to-door service once within the one-year warranty period.

In addition, all Pura X users can give priority to using high-end backup phones (Pura 70 series, Mate 60 series, etc.) during maintenance to ensure normal communication.
