Huawei’s most radical imaging flagship! Pura 80 Ultra parameters exposed

For the Pura series, red maple imaging is used for the first time in the series. The Mate 70 series, which has been on the market, is equipped with red maple imaging, which can accurately restore colors and make photos more real and natural.

Specifically, the new Red Maple primary color camera relies on 1.5 million multi-spectral channels to accurately identify global color information, and cooperates with the super-focusing main camera, super-focusing macro telephoto, and ultra-wide-angle camera to ensure that each shot is true to the original color.

Taking the Mate 70 Pro+ as an example, in actual shooting, the red maple primary color imaging system of Huawei Mate 70 Pro+ performs amazingly. In a complex lighting environment, its shooting effect is closer to what the human eye sees, with rich colors without distortion.

In addition, Pura 80 Ultra will also support variable aperture. Compared with fixed aperture, intelligent variable aperture is more suitable for multi-scene shooting. For example, it can intelligently adjust to the maximum aperture in low light and night scene environments to show dark details and retain clear contours of night scenes. When taking a group photo of more than three people, the camera automatically adjusts to a small aperture, and the expanded depth of field makes both near and far people the focus.

In addition, it was revealed that Huawei Pura 80 Ultra will be the first to be equipped with a 1/1.3-inch ultra-large periscope telephoto lens with 50 million pixels. This will be the largest periscope telephoto lens in the industry.

The new product will be launched in Q2 2025.
