Samsung held a global new product launch conference for Galaxy S25, and released the S25 series, the most powerful AI mobile phone in Samsung’s history.
As the biggest easter egg of the press conference, Samsung also showcased the appearance of its first XR headset for the first time, and gave spoilers for important product lines such as tri-fold screen mobile phones and smart glasses.
Judging from the pictures taken at the press conference, Samsung’s triple-folding screen mobile phone will adopt a “Z” shape folding form, the same as Huawei Mate XT.
According to The Elec, Samsung will mass-produce its first tri-fold screen mobile phone in the second quarter of this year, with an estimated output of around 200,000 units this year . At the same time, the phone is expected to become the world’s second tri-fold screen mobile phone.
It is understood that Samsung has displayed a three-fold screen prototype at the exhibition. The prototype adopts a “G-shaped” folding solution. The unfolded size reaches 12.5 inches, which is larger than Huawei Mate XT.
