Xiaomi 14 Ultra Limited Gift Pack Announced

Xiaomi has unveiled a Xiaomi 14 Ultra Limited Edition Gift Box Set, created in collaboration with Zhang Yimou Studio, as announced on February 26th by Fast Technology. This special edition package includes the Xiaomi 14 Ultra smartphone, a professional photography handle set, a Xiaomi 80W retractable air-cooled wireless charging set, and a Kona leather protective case for the Xiaomi 14 Ultra.

Notably, director Zhang Yimou serves as the “Chief Image Consultant” for the Xiaomi 14 Ultra, working with Xiaomi to fine-tune the imaging style and introduce two unique features: Master Portrait and Master Filming. The Master Portrait mode combines the classic Leica Summilux optical system with Xiaomi’s AISP’s independent algorithm module, Portrait LM, to precisely adjust and set four focal lengths. This mode aims to perfectly balance the subject, background, and retouching details, presenting portraits with a rich sense of depth.

The Master Filming mode is designed to achieve cinematic depth, giving videos a film-like quality with dimensional lighting, soft color transitions, and a strong sense of story.

These features are supported by the Xiaomi 14 Ultra’s powerful hardware, including a new Leica Summilux quad-camera setup. The main camera features a 50-megapixel Sony LYT-900 sensor with a one-inch f/1.63-f/4.0 1024-level variable aperture and ALD ultra-low reflection coating. The ultra-wide and telephoto lenses both utilize the Sony IMX858 sensor.

This collaboration between Xiaomi and Zhang Yimou Studio not only highlights the Xiaomi 14 Ultra’s advanced imaging capabilities but also marks a significant milestone in the integration of technology and cinematic artistry.
