Xiaomi has officially announced the impressive sales performance of the Redmi K70 series smartphones, which marked the tenth anniversary of the Redmi brand. The series went on sale at 10 AM in China on the same day, and within just five minutes, sales exceeded 600,000 units. This figure represents a doubling in sales compared to the previous generation K60 series.

The Redmi K70 series consists of three models, all equipped with Xiaomi’s Surge OS and the Rage Engine 3.0. Each model in the series starts with a configuration of 12GB + 256 GB.

The Redmi K70 is labeled as the “New Benchmark for Flagship Performance,” equipped with the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 processor and the Light Hunter 800 image sensor. The Redmi K70 E is termed as the “New Generation Flagship Welder,” being the first to launch with the Tianji 8300-Ultra chip.
