Xiaomi Surge OS core function! HyperMind 2.0 announced to start internal testing on August 1

Xiaomi employee announced in the Xiaomi Community that HyperMind 2.0 will officially start internal testing on August 1 after three months of in-depth iterations.

By then, HyperMind 1.0 users and some Mi Home beta users will gradually receive beta push notifications.

HyperMind is the thinking center of all Xiaomi devices. It has an intelligent thinking center across multiple terminals and supports powerful terminal-side AI algorithm deployment capabilities.

It can comprehensively utilize the four major perception capabilities of environment, vision, hearing, and behavior, learn users’ device operation habits and preferences to automatically adjust the working and collaboration methods between devices, and ultimately achieve proactive intelligent services and realize smart life.

For example, when playing music at home, it automatically connects the speakers for the user; when answering a call, it automatically adjusts the TV volume and restores the volume after hanging up.

In addition, when each different user turns on the air conditioner, it will automatically adjust to the appropriate temperature, etc.

According to reports, the update content of HyperMind 2.0 beta version is as follows:

1. Upgrade the original habit function. The new version expands the original device operation habits, recommends multi-device linkage operations in specific scenarios for you, and creates a smarter and more comfortable home experience.

2. Added single operation suggestions. According to the scene you are in and the current environment, single device operation suggestions are recommended for you, and one-click execution realizes device operation.

3. Functions are implemented in Mijia APP. In order to allow more Mijia device users to experience smart life, non-Xiaomi mobile phone users will also be able to experience the full functions of Xiaomi HyperMind in the Mijia APP.

4. Support more IOT devices. On the basis of the 7 categories supported by 1.0, nearly 10 categories of IOT devices such as cameras and projectors have been added, which expands the range of perceptible devices and discovers more of your usage habits.
