Honor 600 Lite Incoming: Details on Its Powering Chipset

A few days ago we first heard rumored details about the upcoming Honor 600 and now according to the Geekbench online database, the Honor 600 Lite has apparently made an appearance offering more clues about what to expect.

As expected, the benchmark results have uncovered the smartphone’s chipset which is identified as the MediaTek Dimensity 7100. In the prototype tested under the model number LNA-NX1, this chipset was paired with 8GB of RAM offering an early indication of the performance users can expect.

The Honor 600 Lite is set to ship with Android 16 right out of the box ensuring it benefits from the newest software enhancement from day one. In Geekbench 6.5 testing the device achieved a single core score of 994 and a multi core score of 3,023 offering an early glimpse of its performance capabilities for everyday tasks and more demanding applications.

Several certification agencies worldwide have already approved the Honor 600 Lite with approvals coming from countries including Thailand and the UAE signaling that the device is moving closer to an official launch. All of these certifications confirm that the smartphone will include support for key technologies such as 5G connectivity, eSIM and NFC ensuring it meets the expectations of users who rely on high speed internet and modern payment solutions.

Interestingly, there was never an Honor 500 Lite: the last model in the Lite lineup was the 400 Lite which made its debut back in April of last year, leaving a noticeable gap in the series. This makes the Honor 600 Lite undoubtedly the next installment in the lineup and it could see a release around April as well.
