Honor has recently teased a collaboration with Porsche Design, indicating the imminent arrival of a new high-end product. A promotional poster for the collaboration features a Porsche 911 car, suggesting a blend of luxury and performance in the upcoming smartphone.

Based on previous leaks and product information, this new offering is expected to be a custom version of the Honor Magic V2 folding flagship smartphone. The product, internally codenamed “Honor 911” is rumored to be a limited edition with only 911 units available globally.

The Honor Magic V2, which the new product is likely based on, stands out as one of the thinnest folding screen phones, measuring just 9.9mm in thickness and weighing 231 grams. This slim profile is partly due to Honor’s proprietary Luban titanium hinge, which integrates the hinge shaft cover and main body, reducing the number of parts by 70%.

In terms of core specifications, the Honor Magic V2 features the second-generation Snapdragon 8 processor, a 7.92-inch internal screen, a 6.43-inch external screen, a 50MP main camera, a 50MP ultra-wide-angle camera, a 20MP telephoto lens, and a 16MP front camera.
