The long-awaited Huawei Mate 80 series has finally arrived, with the official slogan “Breaking Boundaries with Strength, Opening a New Chapter”.

This morning, Huawei officially announced that the Huawei Mate 80 series, Mate X7, and other new products launch event will be held on November 25th. 
Following this, Yu Chengdong released a teaser video, showcasing the actual device’s appearance for the first time, and his Weibo post also indicated “Huawei Mate 80 Pro Max”.

Judging from the video details, the Huawei Mate 80 Pro Max’s rear camera module continues the family design language of circular symmetry, with the XMAGE logo printed in the middle and a dual-tone flash above.

The biggest difference is the presence of a ring of the same size below the module, creating an unprecedented “double-ring” design. Based on netizens’ speculation, this ring is likely for magnetic charging, marking the first time the Mate series has adopted an exposed magnetic charging design.

Based on previously leaked information, the Huawei Mate 80 series will offer four models: Mate 80, Mate 80 Pro, Mate 80 Pro Max, and Mate 80 RS Master, with an unprecedented variety of color options.

In terms of core configuration, it will be the first to use the new generation Kirin 9030 processor, and will come pre-installed with HarmonyOS 6 system, taking performance and smoothness to the next level.
