OnePlus Ace 5 series official announcement: Snapdragon dual flagships will debut next month

OnePlus announced that its performance-focused Ace 5 series will be launched next month.

It is reported that the new OnePlus Ace 5 series will include two versions, OnePlus Ace 5 and OnePlus Ace 5 Pro, and will be equipped with Snapdragon dual flagship platforms, namely last year’s 4nm flagship platform Snapdragon 8 Gen3 and this year’s 3nm flagship platform Snapdragon 8 Extreme Edition.

Previously, OnePlus China President Li Jie mentioned that the OnePlus Ace 5 series will adopt an innovative technology that achieves the lowest gaming power consumption in the industry by completely redesigning the system architecture at the chip level.

The new technology in OnePlus Ace 5 is internally codenamed Venom, and its Chinese codename is Venom. The essence of the new technology is to perform factory modifications on the original chip, adding performance enhancement devices, lowering power consumption and temperature, and achieving generational improvement.

In short, it can turn the Snapdragon 8 Gen3 in the OnePlus Ace 5 series into Snapdragon 8 Gen3.5.
