OPPO Reno 14 series renderings released: periscope telephoto becomes standard

OPPO Reno14 series of mobile phones has undergone a significant upgrade in hardware configuration, 
among which “periscope telephoto becomes standard” has become the biggest highlight .

It is reported that the entire series is equipped with a 50-megapixel periscope telephoto lens, breaking the convention that periscope telephoto only appears in high-end or flagship models .

In addition to the imaging configuration, the Reno14 series also uses a 1.5K resolution straight screen, paired with a metal middle frame, taking into account both display effect and body texture; in terms of protection, it provides IP66/IP68/IP69 levels to meet the waterproof and dustproof needs of different scenarios.

In terms of core performance, the entire series is equipped with Dimensity 8 series processors, among which Reno14 Pro is expected to adopt Dimensity 8450 processor, which further improves energy efficiency and computing power compared to the Dimensity 835 of the previous generation Reno13 series.

In terms of color matching, the OPPO Reno 14 series offers four options: Mermaid, Midsummer Green, Reef Black, and Calla Lily Purple. Among them, Mermaid, as the main color of the Reno 14 series, uses a streamer phantom process, which allows the back of the fuselage to present a mermaid tail pattern under light. The official calls it “one machine, ten colors.”

The OPPO Reno 14 series will be officially released at 16:00 on May 15, and reservations are now open.
