realme announces: Fully integrated with OPPO’s after-sales service network

Fast Technology reported that realme officially announced its return to the OPPO family. Starting April 1, 2026, its after-sales service in China will be fully integrated into the OPPO service network.

Starting from March 20, 2026, realme has entrusted OPPO to provide after-sales service for all categories of realme products, including mobile phones, tablets, computers, and IoT devices, in mainland China. This service covers a full range of scenarios, including consultation, parts replacement, testing and repair, technical support, and warranty service fulfillment.

Regarding the transition period, from March 20th to March 31st, realme’s original service channels will still be available and will be gradually replaced by OPPO’s service channels.

During this period, return and exchange requests from users who purchased from the realme official online store will still be processed through the original channels.

Starting April 1st, all users will be switched to the OPPO service network.

OPPO will provide after-sales service that is no less than the national three-guarantee standard, in accordance with the Consumer Rights Protection Law and realme’s original service policy.

In terms of data processing, realme will only share necessary after-sales information such as device warranty, guarantee service rights, and repair work orders with OPPO. User orders, personal information, and other content will not be shared or migrated. Relevant repair and appointment service records can be downloaded and saved by the user before June 30, 2026.

Earlier this year, OPPO announced in an internal memo that realme would return to OPPO as a sub-brand, forming a strategic synergy with OnePlus and OPPO. Realme CEO Li Bingzhong will lead the overall sub-brand business.
