It is reported that the full-blooded Snapdragon 8 Extreme Edition still uses TSMC’s second-generation 3nm process. The CPU includes 2 4.47GHz Oryon large cores and 6 3.53GHz Oryon large cores, providing powerful computing power for the mobile phone.

Not only that, the Samsung Galaxy S25 series will also be upgraded to 16GB of memory, which will be the flagship phone with the largest memory in Samsung’s history. The main reason why Samsung upgraded the memory this time is that large AI models consume a lot of memory.
