See you in September! Xiaomi Mi 18 specifications revealed: 2nm Snapdragon flagship, no back screen.

According to Fast Technology on June 26, the release schedule for this year’s new batch of products has been basically confirmed. The Xiaomi 18 and Xiaomi 18 Pro series will be released around September, while the Xiaomi 18 Ultra will be released around December.

Digital Chat Station revealed today that the Xiaomi 18 will continue to feature a small 6.4-inch screen, supporting ultra-high definition display, expected to be SuperPixel technology, and with an extremely narrow four-sided equal-sided design, resulting in excellent visual effects.

In terms of performance, the new phone will be equipped with the same 2nm flagship chip as the Pro version, namely the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen6 series, which will significantly improve performance.

The battery is larger than its predecessor and supports 100W flash charging and wireless charging.

In terms of photography, it boasts a large-sensor dual 200MP imaging system and even comes standard with a 3X periscope telephoto lens for the first time. This is also the first time that a periscope telephoto lens has been used in a small-sized standard version, which greatly enhances the imaging capabilities of the small-screen flagship.

In other aspects, the Xiaomi 18 also supports ultrasonic fingerprint recognition and full-level water resistance.

It’s worth noting that the Xiaomi 18 Pro series will maintain its unique rear screen design, but the standard Xiaomi 18 will not be included. However, it will have a larger battery than the Pro version, which can be considered a trade-off.
