 Xiaomi 15 series has been officially launched, and tonight TCL Huaxing announced that it will supply screens for the Xiaomi 15 series.

It is worth mentioning that Wang Hua also issued a statement today to confirm that Xiaomi 15 is exclusively supplied with screens by TCL Huaxing, and there will be no mixing as rumored on the Internet.

This time, the Xiaomi 15 series uses a 6.36-inch 1.5K LTPO straight screen and a 6.73-inch 2K LTPO equal-depth four-curved screen.

It adopts the exclusive customized M9 luminescent material and has a unique dual-microcavity luminescent structure. The corresponding dual-microcavity structure is designed according to the RGB pixels of different wavelengths to further purify the light and increase the luminous efficiency.

Thanks to this, the overall screen power consumption of the Xiaomi 15 series has dropped by 24% compared to the previous generation.

In particular, the 2K screen of Xiaomi 15Pro has almost the same power consumption as the 1.5K screen of Xiaomi 14.

At the same time, the dual micro-cavity structure allows the Xiaomi 15 series screen to have a peak brightness of up to 3200nits when 25% of the display area is lit, far exceeding the industry’s general standard of 1% area lighting.

Even in the industry, many companies can only achieve 1% of the area, and they also have to play HDR content to achieve it. However, the Xiaomi 15 series has an unlimited 25%. It does not blindly raise the values, but is more in line with the actual usage effects.
