It is reported that the Xiaomi 15 Ultra is equipped with a 1-inch Sony LYT900 main camera and a 200-megapixel periscope telephoto lens. The model is Samsung HP9, with a focal length of 100mm, an aperture of f/2.6, and supports 4.3x optical zoom.
Among them, Samsung HP9 is currently the industry’s most advanced periscope telephoto image sensor, with a large 1/1.4-inch base and a high resolution of 200 million pixels.
Through advanced 4×4 pixel merging technology, HP9 can output clear and bright 12-megapixel photos in low-light environments. At this time, the single pixel size can reach 2.24μm, and the photosensitivity will be greatly improved, ensuring the high quality of the photos and the vividness of the colors.
In terms of core configuration, Xiaomi 15 Ultra is equipped with Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Extreme Edition processor and uses the second-generation Oryon CPU, which consists of two major clusters. The first cluster contains 2 super cores with a main frequency of 4.32GHz, and the second cluster contains 6 performance cores with a main frequency of 3.53GHz.
In addition, Xiaomi 15 Ultra uses a 2K full-depth four-micro-curved screen, the battery capacity is expected to be around 6000mAh, and it supports satellite communications.
Regarding price, Lei Jun said that Xiaomi 15 Ultra is one of Xiaomi’s highest-end mobile phone series. Our previous generation Xiaomi 14 Ultra was priced at 6,499 yuan.
