The new version of the Huawei Pura 90 series is poised for release:

Blogger Dingjiao Digital revealed that Huawei is expected to launch a new member of the Pura 90 series in the domestic market. This phone will be positioned at a slightly lower price point and will be more affordable.

The blogger stated that the new Pura 90 series is expected to feature a curved screen design, be equipped with the Kirin 9020 chip, be priced under 6,000 yuan, and be eligible for national subsidies, making it highly attractive to users with limited budgets.

The currently available Pura 90 series all feature a flat screen design, with the standard version equipped with the Kirin 9010S chip, while the Pro and Pro Max versions use the Kirin 9030S chip. If the new Pura 90 series adopts the Kirin 9020, its product positioning will be between the standard and Pro versions, further enriching the Pura 90 series product lineup.

Regarding the specific specifications of the Kirin 9020, the chip adopts an 8-core design, with the CPU consisting of one 2.5GHz TaiShan large core, three 2.15GHz TaiShan medium cores, and four 1.6GHz small cores, and the GPU is Maleoon 920.

It integrates a 5G modem and, for the first time, achieves 5.5G satellite communication capabilities, giving it a significant advantage in network connectivity and communication. The currently available Huawei Mate 80 standard edition and Mate XTs Master Edition both feature the Kirin 9020 chip, delivering strong performance and gaining widespread market recognition.

Beyond hardware performance, the Pura series has always excelled in design. The Pura 90 series in “Orange Sea” color scheme, launched in the first half of this year, accurately captured the emotional needs of young users for “relaxation” and “holiday feeling,” elevating color from a simple visual symbol to an emotionally expressive language, ushering in a new era of mobile phone aesthetics and leading the aesthetic trend in the industry.

Looking ahead to the upcoming new Pura 90 series, its industrial design is equally promising.
