Trump phone pre-orderers waited in March for nothing, customer service says delivery may begin in October

Remember the Trump phone? CNMO reported that
the phone was repeatedly embroiled in “fraud allegations,” with promotional images constantly changing and delivery dates nowhere in sight.

According to foreign media reports, a consumer revealed that three months ago, he paid $100 in advance to pre-order the first T1 mobile phone launched by Trump Mobile, but he has not received the product so far and cannot check the order status.

This new brand, founded by the son of US President Trump, initially claimed that it would launch a gold Android phone “Made in the USA”, but the appearance of the product displayed on its official website has undergone three suspicious changes: from a rendering that looks like an iPhone, to directly using a gold iPhone 16 Pro Max in advertisements, and finally turned into a picture with Samsung S25 Ultra and a third-party phone case.

The pre-orderer also raised more questions:

After pre-ordering, I received no updates except for the payment voucher, and the account system is still unable to log in.

Customer service only vaguely promised that “shipping may take place in October” and refused to provide a specific timetable.

The official website quietly removed the “Made in the USA” promotion and replaced it with the vague “Designed with American Values”

The network coverage map deleted the name of the disputed waters instead of correcting the labeling

Foreign media have pointed out that the Trump family has a history of rapidly establishing companies and then liquidating them. While customer service indicated that the product would eventually ship, pre-orders worried that this might be a classic “get rich quick, then go bankrupt” scam due to confusing product information, delayed delivery, and account anomalies.
