Vivo X Fold4 configuration revealed: periscope telephoto, wireless charging are included

The well-known digital blogger @数码闲聊站 recently exposed some of the configurations of vivo’s new generation of large folding X Fold 4.

Although the blogger has not confirmed that the phone is vivo X Fold4, based on its configuration and the speculation of netizens in the comment area, it is likely to be vivo X Fold 4.

It is reported that the new phone is equipped with a Snapdragon 8 Gen3 processor, features an ultra-light and thin design, is equipped with a 50-megapixel periscope telephoto lens, has a built-in 6000mAh large-capacity battery, supports wireless charging and IPX8 waterproof, and adopts a side fingerprint recognition design .

The previously released vivo X Fold3 phone is not equipped with wireless charging and a periscope telephoto lens, and the new generation X Fold4 will make up for this shortcoming .

As for why the new phone does not use the latest 3nm Snapdragon 8 Extreme Edition platform, it is probably due to cost control reasons. Using the Snapdragon 8 Extreme Edition will increase the starting price by about 1,000 yuan.

In addition, the back of the vivo X Fold 4 will adopt a circular camera module design with a built-in triple-camera system, including a 50-megapixel main camera and a periscope telephoto lens.

Judging from the release time of new phones in the past, the new phone will most likely start preheating next month.
