Android 15 Beta Rolling Out to Samsung Galaxy S24 Series

After several delays, Samsung has finally started the rollout of its Android 15-based One UI 7 beta. Initially available for the Galaxy S24, S24 Plus, and S24 Ultra, the update is set to reach users starting December 5. German customers are among the first to get access, with South Korea and the United States also expected to follow soon.

The beta version of Android 15 introduces Samsung’s highly anticipated One UI 7 update, one of the most significant upgrades in the company’s history. This update revamps several key aspects of the user interface, including an overhauled Quick Settings tray and redesigned app icons. Tablets, including the Galaxy Tab S10, Tab S9, and Tab S8 series, are also expected to receive updates before the year ends.

Samsung’s One UI 7 is shaping up to be a substantial evolution of its software design. The update may also phase out support for the DeX Windows app, replacing it with the “Link to Windows” feature for seamless integration with Windows PCs.
