According to feedback from Xiaomi users, the Xiaomi 13 series recently pushed an upgrade for Xiaomi Photo Album-Editor, with version number 1.7.0.10, according to Fast Technology on May 24.

After the update, the Xiaomi 13 series added two new AIGC functions: large model intelligent image expansion and large model magic elimination Pro.

Some users said that they could not find the function entrance after the update. Some netizens suggested that they could use it after clearing the edited data in Xiaomi Photo Album.

It is understood that the large model intelligent image expansion function and the large model magic elimination Pro function were first launched by Xiaomi 14 Ultra. In March this year, Xiaomi 14, Xiaomi 14 Pro, and Redmi K70 series successively launched this function.

It is reported that AI intelligent image expansion supports the expansion and automatic composition of pictures with poor composition. This function automatically determines the best composition method by analyzing the elements, colors, and lines in the picture, and makes corresponding adjustments.

Magic Eraser Pro is another highlight of Xiaomi Photo Album AIGC editing. It can remove passers-by in photos without leaving any traces, making the photos taken by users purer and more beautiful.
