That is how it works
1 If you have not already registered your phone in »my KAZAM«
2 00 45 35 25 80 09 Our agents will confirm if you qualify for screen replacement.
3 Remove the SIM card, micro SD card and battery and mail the damaged phone.
4 We will repair and return it to you, usually within a week.
5 When you get the device back, just insert the SIM card, micro SD card and battery and check if everything is working properly.
