blogger Wangzai Baishitong broke the news about the Honor X60 mobile phone on Weibo, and said, “The Honor X60 is finally coming, and it is expected to be launched after the holiday. I took a quick look at the configuration and it is definitely a hot-selling product to book.”
Subsequently, Jiang Hairong, CMO of Honor Terminal Co., Ltd. in China, said that the X60 series of mobile phones will be released in October, and also said that the phone is “very tough.”
Judging from the screenshots revealed by the blogger, Honor X60 is expected to have three models, with 66W and 35W fast charging solutions respectively. It is expected that Honor X60 Pro/GT will adopt 66W fast charging, while the standard version will adopt 35W fast charging.
In addition, Jiang Hairong had previously said in an interaction with netizens that the Honor X60 would “wait a little longer”. Regarding netizens’ speculation about the “thousand-yuan king” configuration of the Honor X60 series, Jiang Hairong replied, “Always believe.
The reason why netizens are so looking forward to the Honor X60 series is closely related to the outstanding market performance of the previous generation product, the Honor X50 series.
Honor X50 will be released in July 2023. It is the pinnacle of the X series in the past decade, with a starting price of 1,399 yuan.
As a model in the thousand-yuan market, Honor X50 is almost the most powerful bucket machine in the same price range. It has outstanding performance, drop resistance, screen, battery life, etc. It is also the world’s first model to obtain the Swiss SGS five-star drop and fall resistance certification. Ten months after its launch, its sales in the Chinese market exceeded 10 million.
In the second quarter of this year, Honor X50 ranked first in the new 5G Android mobile phone market share ranking, becoming the most popular Android model of the quarter.
With the outstanding performance of the Honor X50 series, I believe the X60 series will also bring more surprises to users.
