It is worth mentioning that the relevant screen materials have achieved domestic self-sufficiency and control, and breakthroughs have been made in several key indicators such as display lifespan, power consumption, brightness and color gamut.

When netizens pressed for details about the improvements in the new generation of OLED technology, the blogger responded that the new screen has higher white light efficiency and significant improvements in sustained brightness, display lifespan, and color gamut coverage.

Based on the combination of dual-layer OLED and BT.2020 color gamut, it is speculated that the manufacturer the blogger is referring to is Huawei, and the related new flagship is the Huawei Mate 90 series.

It is understood that the Huawei Mate 80 Pro Max has taken the lead in adopting a dual-layer OLED screen and supports the BT.2020 color gamut.

Based on previous product release schedules, the Huawei Mate 90 Pro Max is expected to be upgraded to a new generation of dual-layer OLED screen, delivering superior display performance.

According to data, the BT.2020 color gamut is a standard color gamut for ultra-high-definition television systems developed by the International Telecommunication Union. It supports 10-bit and 12-bit high color depth technologies, which can reduce the phenomenon of color transitions. Its color gamut range covers 75% of the color gamut visible to the human eye, far exceeding traditional display standards such as sRGB and DCI-P3.
