Huawei’s Pura 80 series will be released in mid-to-late June.
It is reported that Huawei’s Pura 80 series includes four models: Pura 80, Pura 80 Pro, Pura 80 Pro+ and Pura 80 Ultra. The overall appearance is expected to be not much different from the previous generation, with the main focus on configuration upgrades.
The standard version of Pura 80 will be equipped with a 1.5K straight screen, while the Pura 80 Pro series and above models will use a full-depth micro-curved screen.
The Ultra version may also be equipped with a double-layer OLED screen. By superimposing two layers of light-emitting units, the brightness, contrast and color performance of the screen will be greatly improved, while also improving the service life of the screen.
In addition, through fine-tuning of individual pixels, the screen can present a more delicate color transition effect.
Pura 80 Ultra will be the first domestically produced 1-inch ultra-large main camera, which is expected to be the Smartisan SC5A0XS. The single pixel size is 1.6μm and the resolution is 50 million pixels. The basic parameters are exactly the same as Sony IMX989 and LYT900.
The SC5A0XS also has a terrifying 110dB dynamic range, which far exceeds the two Sony products. It can retain more details, enhance the layering of the picture, and restore colors more accurately.
The telephoto lens uses a 50-megapixel 1/1.3-inch ultra-large bottom solution, and is also equipped with a new RYYB array, which will greatly upgrade the amount of light entering.
In terms of core configuration, the Pura 80 series is expected to be equipped with the Kirin 9020 with the same packaging process as the Pura X.
It is worth noting that the Xiaomi Xuanjie O1 chip will be launched this month, and the first model Xiaomi 15S Pro will also be launched on the market at the same time as the Pura 80 series. It will be the first time that a flagship battle of domestically developed processors will be staged, which is very worth looking forward to.
