According to whistleblower Jukanlosreve, Apple’s first foldable phone will enter mass production in May 2026 and is currently expected to be released in September, along with other iPhones.
It also stated that Apple’s foldable phone will have unprecedented advanced technology for foldable screen phones, and Apple also has high sales expectations for this product, with annual production expected to reach 15 million to 20 million units.
Apple is currently developing two folding products, one is a clamshell folding iPhone similar to Samsung Galaxy Z Flip, and the other is a huge folding iPad of about 20 inches. It is expected that the small folding iPhone will be unveiled first.

According to a report by TrendForce, global shipments of foldable phones in 2023 will be around 15.9 million units, and annual shipments in 2024 are expected to reach 17.7 million units.
