Lenovo Legion Y70 New Generation Phone Released: Legion Returns to the Mobile Phone Market

Fast Technology reported that Lenovo officially launched the new generation Legion Y70 tonight.

With a starting price of 2,599 yuan, and after the national subsidy policy for digital products, the lowest price is only 2,124.15 yuan, making it a standout in terms of cost-effectiveness among gaming phones in the same price range.

In terms of hardware configuration, the new generation of Legion Y70 is equipped with a 6.82-inch 2K high-quality e-sports screen supplied by BOE, with a screen refresh rate of up to 144Hz. The core performance platform uses the latest Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen5 flagship chip and has a built-in 8000mAh ultra-large capacity battery.

The rear camera module features a 50-megapixel main camera and an 8-megapixel ultra-wide-angle lens. The entire device supports full dust and water resistance and can simultaneously accommodate two physical SIM cards and two eSIMs, allowing up to four phone numbers to be online at the same time, perfectly meeting the daily needs of multi-SIM users.

In addition, this model features a dedicated e-sports Wi-Fi antenna, coupled with a specially optimized hidden frame design, which avoids the signal drop problem that has plagued many gaming phones for a long time from a hardware perspective. When players hold the phone horizontally for gaming, they don’t have to worry about their palms blocking the antenna and causing the signal to drop.

In actual testing of the game mode, the device’s Wi-Fi throughput increased by 26.2% compared to the previous generation, ensuring low latency and no disconnections throughout the game. Even in complex scenarios with high load and team battles, there will be no sudden network outages that affect the user experience.

In terms of after-sales service, the new generation of Legion Y70 also provides users with a rare 4-year extended battery warranty service in the industry. If the battery health is below 80% during the warranty period, users can replace it with a brand new original battery for free. There is no need to worry about the battery aging quickly after long-term high-intensity gaming, which further enhances the long-term use value of the whole machine.
