Market share ranking of mobile phones priced above 8,000 yuan in China: Apple has only one competitor.

Recently, digital blogger “RD Observation” released its market share rankings for ultra-premium smartphones priced above 8,000 yuan in China for the entire year of 2025:

Apple ranks first with a market share of approximately 73.5%.

Second place goes to Huawei, with a market share of approximately 20.2%.

Third place, other brands (including Samsung, etc.), with a market share of approximately 3.9%;

Fourth place: Honor, with a market share of approximately 0.8%;

Fifth place: vivo, with a market share of approximately 0.7%;

Sixth place: OPPO, with a market share of approximately 0.6%;

Seventh place: Xiaomi, with a market share of approximately 0.4%.

This data shows that among high-end consumers, Apple still enjoys widespread recognition and favor due to its strong brand influence, excellent product performance, and well-developed ecosystem .

In 2025, Apple’s latest iPhone 17 series underwent a significant upgrade in hardware configuration, including the introduction of a more powerful A-series chip, imaging CMOS, and screen, which led to a rebound in Apple’s mobile phone sales.

Meanwhile, in the Chinese market, Huawei can be considered Apple’s only competitor.

Huawei has deep expertise in fields such as communication technology and imaging technology, and its Mate and Pura series of high-end mobile phones excel in quality, performance, and innovation, attracting a large number of loyal users.

Honor, vivo, OPPO, and Xiaomi have relatively small market shares in the ultra-high-end market, but they are all actively expanding their presence there.
