Mate 80 series sales surpass 6.49 million units! Huawei takes the top spot in domestic mobile phone market share.

According to the latest data released by blogger “RD Observation” on June 10, as of the 22nd week of 2026, the cumulative sales of Huawei Mate 80 series have exceeded 6.49 million units.

Compared to the approximately 6.2958 million units sold in week 21, the Mate 80 series sold about 200,000 more units in a week, indicating that market enthusiasm continues.

It is worth mentioning that in the 22nd week of the domestic mobile phone market share, Huawei ranked first with a share of 20.7%, while Apple ranked second with 19.4%.

The continued rise in sales of the Mate 80 series is directly related to improved supply.

Since the Spring Festival in 2026, the production capacity of the Kirin 9030 series chips has increased significantly, the supply to terminals has become more stable, and the Mate 80 series has received more sufficient sales support.

On the other hand, against the backdrop of rising storage prices and general price increases for Android flagship phones, Huawei Mate 80 series did not choose to follow suit. Instead, it upgraded the configuration while lowering the starting price of some models, which further enhanced the product’s competitiveness.

In terms of pricing, the Huawei Mate 80 standard edition starts at 4,699 yuan, 800 yuan lower than the previous generation; the Mate 80 Pro starts at 5,999 yuan, 500 yuan lower than the previous generation; the Mate 80 Pro Max starts at 7,999 yuan, 500 yuan lower than the previous generation; and the Mate 80 RS Master starts at 11,999 yuan, the same as the previous generation.

Judging from sales performance, the Mate 80 series has become another flagship model for Huawei after its return to the high-end smartphone market, and has further consolidated Huawei’s competitiveness in the domestic high-end market.
