Oppo Find X9 Ultra Battery and Screen Specs Reportedly Revealed

The Oppo Find X9 Ultra is reportedly set to make its official debut in China this March. Ahead of its official release multiple leaks have surfaced online revealing various details about the device. The most recent rumors have now shed light on the phone’s battery capacity and display specifications giving potential buyers more insight into its features.

A tipster has revealed that the Oppo Find X9 Ultra is being tested with a BOE manufactured OLED screen offering 2K resolution and a 144Hz refresh rate. Despite this, the insider suggests that the final retail model could feature a slightly lower 120Hz panel. This adjustment may be Oppo way of balancing a smooth display experience with longer battery life for everyday users.

The Oppo Find X9 Ultra is also rumored to feature a massive 7050mAh battery. If confirmed, this would represent a significant increase over the 6,100mAh unit found in its predecessor, the Find X8 Ultra. Interestingly, back in December, Oppo’s Zhou Yibao had confirmed that the X9 Ultra would include a battery exceeding 7,000mAh. Such a large capacity could result in longer screen on time making the device especially appealing to power users who rely heavily on their phones throughout the day.

Recent rumors indicate that Oppo’s upcoming flagship, focused on photography will be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 SoC. The device is said to offer a 6.82 inch AMOLED display and a high resolution camera setup including a 200MP Sony Lytia 901 main sensor, a 200MP periscope telephoto, a 50MP ultrawide and another 50MP telephoto lens with 10x optical zoom. Report also suggest that it could support a 300mm teleconverter kit for even greater reach. If accurate, this combination of hardware could make the X9 Ultra one of the most versatile camera phones on the market.

The Oppo Find X9 Ultra is also expected to receive a global launch sometime between April and June. According to rumors, the device will be available in black, brown and orange color variants offering buyers a choice to suit their style. At the same time, the Oppo Find X9 Pro is rumored to offer a high end configuration of 512GB of storage and 16GB of RAM priced around €1,280 or £1,099. This combination of features and pricing positions the Pro model as a premium choice for power users.
