Realme Power has been approved for network access: Eliminate the need for power banks.

After Honor launched the WIN series at the end of last year, bringing mobile phone battery life into the 10,000-level era, the mobile phone market in 2026 has clearly started a battery life race.

The pace of development for phones with ultra-large batteries has been astonishingly fast since the beginning of this year. First, the Honor Power2 broke the industry record with its 10080mAh Qinghai Lake battery.

Following that, Realme unveiled its trump card, soon launching its first smartphone with a 10,000-level battery – the Realme Power.

This new phone has officially received network access permission, and its model number has been confirmed as RMX5166. Its international version, the Realme P4 Power, was recently launched in overseas markets.

As the industry’s first smartphone with a large battery costing over 10,000 yuan to enter the 1,000 yuan price range, the Realme Power boasts a very solid hardware configuration.

It features a large 10001mAh battery and is powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 7400 Ultra processor. To balance feel and visual appeal, it uses a 6.8-inch 1.5K resolution curved screen and supports a 144Hz high refresh rate.

In addition to reassuring battery life, Realme Power has also put a lot of effort into durability, supporting full-level waterproof and dustproof functions including IP66, IP68 and IP69.

With major brands entering the market, ultra-large capacity batteries are rapidly evolving from a feature exclusive to a few models to the mainstream standard in the industry.

According to the latest monitoring data, the battery capacity structure of Android phones in China is undergoing profound changes, with models with a capacity of 7000mAh or more already accounting for 44% of the market share in the fourth quarter of 2025.

With the increasing popularity of smartphones like the Realme Power with its multi-thousand-yuan battery capacity, the smartphone market is entering a new era. Perhaps in the near future, battery anxiety will become a thing of the past in the mobile internet age.
