Blogger Dingjiao Digital revealed that there is a high probability that Apple’s e series models will have a next generation. The new project code has been seen. “e” refers to “economical” and “affordable”, and can be regarded as a youth version.
It is worth noting that the well-known research organization CIRP released a research report saying that the iPhone 16e will not be an isolated product, but will become a product series that is updated on time. Apple will launch the iPhone 17e in February next year.
According to the positioning of the e series, iPhone 17e will be the cheapest version of the iPhone 17 series, and the pricing may be consistent with iPhone 16e. The current initial launch price of iPhone 16e is 4,499 yuan.
According to the information, the iPhone 16e uses the A18 chip and the new Apple C1 baseband chip, has a 6.1-inch screen, a 48-megapixel fusion camera, and supports Apple smart.
Analysts said that the launch of iPhone 16e is to enable the overall ecosystem hardware to keep up with Apple’s AI strategy. After the launch of iPhone 16e, Apple’s official website confirmed that Apple Smart Plan will support Simplified Chinese, English (India, Singapore), French, German, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Portuguese (Brazil) and Spanish in early April.
