vivo officially announces the S60 series launch on May 29th, with Tian Xiwei as its brand ambassador.

According to Fast Technology on May 19, the mobile phone market is ushering in a new wave of releases in May. Based on official teasers and recent leaks, at least a dozen new phones will be launched this month, and the battle for new phones has fully begun.

Today, vivo announced that the vivo S60 series will be launched on May 29th at 19:30, and will be endorsed by Chinese actress Tian Xiwei.

In terms of ID design, the vivo S60 series adopts a brand-new silver-white design, inspired by the shimmering starlight dancing on the summer sea.

With a gentle rotation of the device, the light spots on the back cover flow with the changing angle of light and shadow, creating a very dynamic visual effect.

Imaging experience is one of the key upgrades in the vivo S60 series.

The official statement says the new phone features a brand-new Live Photos function, claiming it to be “one of the phones with the best Live effects in the industry”.

It is understood that the vivo S60 series supports 4K Live direct output and has solved the previous problems of efficiency, memory and heat generation in 4K direct output from three aspects: end-to-end efficiency optimization, memory usage optimization and intelligent frame rate temperature adjustment and heat dissipation.

Meanwhile, the new phone will also debut the Starlight Live feature, which, based on 4K Live, can automatically identify highlights in the image to further enhance the atmosphere of photos and videos.

In terms of hardware, the vivo S60 series features a gimbal-level stabilized main camera and an IMX882 large-sensor periscope telephoto lens, and adopts the same dynamic beautification algorithm as the X series, bringing a comprehensive imaging experience that is stable, far-reaching, and beautiful.

In terms of user experience, the vivo S60 series supports 3D ultrasonic fingerprint 2.0, making it the only model in its price range to offer 3D ultrasonic fingerprint as standard across the entire series.

Compared to ordinary optical fingerprints, 3D ultrasonic fingerprints offer a more stable recognition experience in scenarios such as wet hands and low light.

In addition, the new phones all come standard with a 7200mAh ultra-thin blue ocean battery, support 90W super flash charging and global direct drive power supply, and have IP68 and IP69 dust and water resistance, stereo dual speakers, infrared remote control, X-axis linear motor and other configurations.
