Vivo S18 Series to Feature Longest Battery Life With 5000mAh Blue Volt Battery

Vivo is set to launch the S18 series, which will include the Vivo S18 and S18 Pro models. The series is notable for featuring a 5000mAh ultra-thin Blue Volt battery, making it the longest-lasting phone in the vivo S series to date.

Flagship-Level Battery Performance and Free Battery Replacement Offer

Vivo claims that the S18 series will deliver a flagship-level battery experience, with an all-screen on-time of 13.5 hours, the longest in the S series. Additionally, customers who purchase the phone during the pre-sale and first-sale period will be eligible for a free battery replacement for four years.

Display and Storage Specifications

The Vivo S18 will boast a 120Hz refresh rate Sunlight Eye Protection Screen, which has passed three SGS professional eye protection certifications. It will also feature a peak brightness of 2800 nits for clear visibility even under direct sunlight.

The Vivo S18 Pro will support flagship-level wet-hand touch functionality. In terms of storage, the vivo S18 will start with 12GB+256GB, and other variants will include 12GB+512GB and 16GB+512GB, with support for up to 16GB of memory expansion, allowing up to 49 apps to run in the background.

Design and Appearance

The standard vivo S18 will have a body thickness of only 7.45mm and a weight of 185.8 grams. It will also feature a new color called “Flower Like Brocade,” claimed to be the pinnacle of smartphone aesthetics in 2023.

Core Configurations

The vivo S18 Pro is expected to be powered by the flagship MediaTek Dimensity 9200+ chipset, an enhanced version of the Dimensity 9200, capable of nearly 1.6 million points in benchmark tests.

The standard vivo S18 will feature Qualcomm’s latest Snapdragon 7 Gen3, offering comprehensive improvements in performance, imaging, AI, and more, with a benchmark score also exceeding one million.

Launch Date

The vivo S18 series is scheduled to be officially released on December 14th at 19:00. Moreover, the Vivo S18 series is gearing up to offer users exceptional battery life, advanced display technology, and powerful performance. With its ultra-thin Blue Ocean or Blue Volt battery and a range of high-end features, the S18 series is poised to be a significant release in the smartphone market.
