vivo X300 Ultra Speaker Major Upgrade: Han Boxiao – No Shortcomings in the Entire Supply Chain

Fast Technology reported that vivo product manager Han Boxiao introduced that the vivo X300 Ultra has achieved an Ultra-level technological breakthrough in the field of speakers. In previous ultra-large-cap models, the quality of the upper speakers was often sacrificed because the upper part of the phone needed to be prioritized for the large camera module.

This time, vivo rejected the industry-standard public design and instead adopted a self-developed mold design. The vivo X300 Ultra features a newly designed 1697 model top speaker, which maximizes the use of internal space without interfering with the camera space by elongating its shape.

Meanwhile, the phone also features a bold innovation in its structural sealing method. The entire upper right side of the phone is specially designed as a sound cavity cover, and this unique structure has been patented.

The X300 Ultra boasts a nearly pure, 0.8cc cavity, with a net cavity volume approximately 2.7 times that of its predecessor. Even when calculated as an equivalent cavity, it reaches 167% of the previous generation. This physically large, pure, net cavity delivers a far superior listening experience compared to an equivalent cavity simulated through technological means.

In terms of specific audio performance, the new model features a nearly 4dB improvement in the 300Hz low frequency response, resulting in a deeper and richer bass response. Simultaneously, the high frequency bandwidth has been widened by 3kHz, enriching audio details and enhancing the listening experience.

To fully unleash the hardware’s potential, vivo increased the voltage of its smart amplifier by 20% and paired it with a newly optimized sound effect algorithm, achieving seamless performance output across the entire supply chain.

With its exceptional sound pickup and superior external speaker performance, the X300 Ultra delivers a complete and closed-loop mobile audio-visual system. This comprehensive innovation, from underlying spatial design to algorithmic logic, redefines the audio standards for flagship smartphones.
