Vivo released the X300 and X300 Pro smartphones in October. According to the recent reports coming from China, the company is said to be preparing a new model known as the X300s. This new phone is expected to be launched sometime in the first three months of 2026, which means it could arrive between January and March.
The upcoming Vivo X300s is expected to feature a very large 7,000 mAh battery. This would be a notable improvement over the X300 which come with a 6,040 mAh battery. With such a huge battery the X300s could offer significantly longer usage on a single charge. Additionally, the phone is expected to come with the MediaTek Dimensity 9500+ processor. Based on previous trends this chip will likely be a small iterative improvement over the Dimensity 9500. So, it can essentially be considered a higher performance version of the Dimensity 9500.
The larger battery will help the X300s stand out compared to the X300, especially by providing longer usage on a single charge. At the moment, details about the rest of its specifications are not available. Keep in mind that the X300s is expected to be a small upgrade over the existing model, meaning it may not introduce many brand new features. We will continue to provide updates as soon as more information is available.
