Oppo is gearing up to launch the Find X9 and Find X9 Pro in global markets, following their recent debut in China. The company will stream the unveiling live on YouTube on October 28. Event times include 3 PM GMT in the UK, 4 PM in Germany and France, 8:30 PM in India, 8 AM in California, and 11 AM in New York.
European prices for Oppo’s Find X9 series were revealed last week, with the X9 starting at €999 and the Pro at €1,299. In China, the Find X9 boasts a 6.59-inch AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate and 3,600-nit peak brightness. It’s powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 9500, paired with 12 or 16GB of RAM and storage options of 256GB, 512GB, or 1TB. Photography is handled by a triple-camera setup: a 50 MP main sensor with OIS, a 50 MP periscope telephoto lens with 3x optical zoom and OIS, and a 50 MP ultrawide with autofocus, while selfies are captured on a 32 MP front camera. All this is powered by a 7,025 mAh battery supporting 80W wired and 50W wireless charging.
Meanwhile, the Find X9 Pro boasts a 6.78-inch screen with the same display features as the X9, a 50 MP main camera, a 50 MP ultrawide, and a 200 MP periscope telephoto lens with 3x optical zoom and OIS. It is powered by a 7,500 mAh battery. Whether the huge 7,500 mAh battery will make it to international markets is still up in the air due to EU shipping rules.
