Three swords unleashed! Huawei nova 16 series has been registered: Ultra version’s curtain falls.

According to a blogger’s report on April 22, the Huawei nova 16 series has completed its filing process and is expected to be launched soon.

Reports indicate that the nova 16 series has discontinued the previous Ultra version, instead adding a Pro Max version. The new series will consist of a standard version, a Pro version, and a Pro Max version, forming a three-tier lineup, with the Pro Max serving as the top-of-the-line flagship model.

This naming logic is highly consistent with the previously released Huawei Pura 90 series. Huawei seems to be unifying the naming of its products, using Pro Max to identify the top-of-the-line model, thereby making the product hierarchy within the brand clearer and more intuitive.

In terms of hardware configuration, the Huawei nova 16 series is expected to be equipped with a 6.84-inch 1.5K LTPO high-quality screen, and in terms of core power, the new phone will be equipped with the highly anticipated Kirin 9 series flagship chip.

To address users’ battery anxiety, the nova 16 series features a significant breakthrough in battery capacity, expected to include a large 7000mAh battery. Combined with the energy efficiency optimizations of the Kirin chip, its battery performance is highly anticipated.

The imaging system is another key selling point of this upgrade. The Huawei nova 16 series will be equipped with a new generation of Red Maple Imaging Technology. The core advantage of this technology lies in its ability to more accurately capture the ambient spectrum, providing true color input for each lens.

This technology allows users to take photos and videos that are exactly what they see. Especially when facing complex lighting environments or large areas of solid color scenes, the Red Maple lens can effectively avoid color cast issues, making the colors in the image more realistic and the overall lighting more transparent.
