Huawei unveiled its latest foldable, the Mate X7 in China yesterday. The device is set to launch internationally on December 11.
Through an Instagram post, Huawei revealed plans for a “Flagship Product Launch” in Dubai on December 11. The event will introduce the Mate X7 to international markets. Early glimpses suggest it has a surprisingly human and natural feel that sets it apart.
Huawei hasn’t released a full list of countries that will receive the Mate X7. Only the UAE and Saudi Arabia websites are currently advertising the launch. This makes it likely that these two regions will receive the device first. The excitement suggests users are already imagining the device’s sleek design and surprisingly natural feel.
The Huawei Mate X7 is powered by the Kirin 9030 Pro SoC and runs HarmonyOS 6. Its 5,525 mAh battery ensure you to stay connected all day long. The foldable design offers an 8 inch main display and a 6.49 inch cover screen for convenience. On top of that, it features five cameras designed to help users to capture life’s moments effortlessly.
Huawei’s Mate X7 sports a triple rear camera setup including a 50MP primary camera, a 50MP periscope telephoto and a 40MP ultrawide lens. On the front, it has two 8MP selfie cameras. This combination allows users to capture everything from sweeping landscapes to detailed close ups, making photography feel effortless and personal.
