Huawei returns to the high-end European market! Mate 80 Pro launched overseas

Fast Technology reported that Huawei officially launched the overseas version of the Mate 80 Pro in Madrid, announcing its return to the European high-end smartphone market. The 16+512GB version is priced at 1299 euros, which is approximately 10477 yuan.

It is worth noting that this overseas version does not come with the HarmonyOS 6 system as it is available in China. Instead, it comes pre-installed with the EMUI 15.0 system, which is specifically adapted for the overseas market and is more in line with the usage habits of European users in terms of functions and experience.

The overseas version of the Huawei Mate 80 Pro does not directly list the chip specifications on its official website, but it is expected to be consistent with the Chinese version with 16GB of RAM, and will be equipped with the Kirin 9030 Pro processor.

The device boasts IP68 and IP69 dual protection ratings and is equipped with second-generation Kunlun glass, enhancing the screen’s resistance to drops and scratches. It can handle various complex usage scenarios, including dustproof, waterproof, and drop-resistant applications.

In terms of screen, it features a 6.75-inch 1.5K resolution OLED LTPO straight screen with an adaptive refresh rate of 1-120Hz, 1440Hz high-frequency PWM dimming, and a touch sampling rate of up to 300Hz. The unlocking method is equipped with a dual solution of 3D face recognition and side fingerprint.

The body features a glossy aluminum alloy frame paired with a nylon fiber back cover, with a thickness of 7.95mm and a weight of 219g.

The imaging system features the second-generation Red Maple Original Color Imaging System, with a rear 50-megapixel RYYB super light-gathering main camera that supports ten-stop variable aperture from F1.4 to F4.0 and optical image stabilization, paired with a 40-megapixel ultra-wide-angle camera and a 48-megapixel 4X super light-gathering macro telephoto camera, while achieving accurate color reproduction through the Red Maple lens.

Regarding battery life and charging, the overseas version has a built-in 5750mAh battery with a typical capacity and supports 100W wired super fast charging + 80W wireless super fast charging.
