Huawei’s most powerful foldable screen! The Mate X8 is on its way

Huawei will release its new generation of Mate series flagship phones and foldable phones in the second half of this year. The highly anticipated foldable flagship is the Huawei Mate X8 series, which will represent a new height for Huawei in the foldable technology field.

According to industry bloggers, the screen specifications of the Huawei Mate X8 will be further improved. Its external screen will be 6.5 inches, while the unfolded internal screen will reach 8.15 inches. In terms of the imaging system, the phone will feature a 50-megapixel main camera with a 1/1.3-inch ultra-large sensor.

The hardware core is the highlight of this upgrade. The Mate X8 series will be the first to be equipped with the new generation Kirin 9040 series chip, which is regarded as Huawei’s most powerful self-developed chip to date, with extremely strong computing power.

With the HarmonyOS 6 operating system, the performance of previous generation products has already seen a qualitative leap. The upcoming Mate X8 series will not only feature the more powerful Kirin 9040 series core, but will also be the first to come pre-installed with the new HarmonyOS 7 operating system.
