iQOO Neo 11S Appears! Dimensity 9500 Chip + 2K/144Hz Straight Screen

Fast Technology reported that a new vivo phone with model number V2545A has appeared on the Geekbench database. The blogger confirmed that the phone is the iQOO Neo 11S, which is equipped with a MediaTek Dimensity 9500 processor .

Equipped with 16GB of RAM and pre-installed with Android 16, it achieves a single-core score of 3472 and a multi-core score of 10682, significantly outperforming the previous generation Neo series models in terms of performance.

According to leaks, the new phone will feature a 2K resolution 144Hz OLED flat screen, a 3D ultrasonic fingerprint sensor, IP68 and IP69 water and dust resistance, and an 8K-level large battery, making it comparable to last year’s iQOO Neo 11.

According to the blogger Digital Chat Station, this device is definitely a performance machine that will challenge the lower price range and will be launched during the summer vacation.

In contrast, the iQOO Neo11 was released last October with a starting price of 2,599 yuan. It features the only 2K 144Hz LTPO Everest screen in its price range, using BOE Q10+ luminescent material, 2K ultra-high resolution, 8T LTPO circuit design, and 144Hz high refresh rate. Its screen size is 6.82 inches.

It is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Ultra chip, equipped with LPDDR5X Ultra memory (9600Mbps) + UFS 4.1 flash storage, and also features the self-developed gaming chip Q2.
