Lu Weibing officially announced the Xiaomi Mi 17 series: See you this month

Lu Weibing officially announced that the Xiaomi 17 series will be released this month, which will be the most significant leap in the history of Xiaomi’s mobile phone digital series.

According to official statements, the Xiaomi 17 series is a transformation of Xiaomi’s five years of high-end development. It also ushered in a key change in the digital series. The product strength of the entire series has been upgraded across generations, so the naming directly skipped a generation.

The Xiaomi 17 series includes three products: Xiaomi 17, Xiaomi 17 Pro, and Xiaomi 17 Pro Max.

The official also directly confirmed that the Xiaomi 17 series will be the world’s first to launch the fifth-generation Snapdragon 8 Extreme Edition mobile platform.

Xiaomi Mi 17: The most powerful standard version flagship in history, with all-round upgrades and more functionality without increasing the price.

Xiaomi Mi 17 Pro: Xiaomi’s most sophisticated small-sized technology imaging flagship;

Xiaomi 17 Pro Max: Xiaomi’s most powerful flagship in terms of top-notch imaging technology.

Lu Weibing said that five years ago, Xiaomi launched its high-end strategy, learning from its greatest rival and firmly benchmarking against the iPhone.

“Apple has been doing very well so far. Everyone has seen the success of the iPhone 17 series, but we are still very confident, so we will directly compete with the iPhone of the same generation and level.”

In the past five years, Xiaomi’s R&D investment has exceeded 100 billion yuan, and the investment will increase to 200 billion yuan in the next five years.

This time, on the Xiaomi 17 series, everyone will see the presentation of a series of Xiaomi’s latest achievements.

Finally, Lu Weibing also emphasized: Not only the underlying technology, this time we will also bring some different “new things” to the mobile phone, otherwise everyone may feel that the current mobile phone products are a bit boring.
