Moto edge 50 debuts: supports IP68, equipped with Snapdragon 7 Gen1 chip

Motorola’s latest Edge 50 mobile phone was officially released in India.
It is the slimmest IP68 and MIL 810H certified mobile phone on the market .

With its slim 7.79mm body and light 181g weight, the moto edge 50 is hailed as the thinnest IP68 and MIL-STD 810H certified phone on the market, showcasing Motorola’s superb craftsmanship in design and engineering .

In addition, it has passed more than 30 tests under extreme conditions, including temperature, humidity, dust and drop resistance, demonstrating its excellent durability.

The moto edge 50 is equipped with a 6.7-inch FHD+ pOLED curved screen that supports a 120Hz refresh rate, providing users with a smooth visual experience.

Although the refresh rate has been slightly reduced compared to the previous generation Edge 40, the edge 50 has been increased in screen size and peak brightness, ensuring a better viewing experience.

In terms of performance, the moto edge 50 uses a Qualcomm Snapdragon 7 Gen1 processor, equipped with 8GB RAM and 256GB storage space, ensuring the smooth operation of the phone.

Secondly, the phone is also equipped with a 50MP main camera with Sony’s LYT-700C sensor, and a newly added 10MP telephoto lens that supports 3x optical zoom, providing users with a richer photography experience.

The battery capacity of moto edge 50 has increased from 4400mAh of edge 40 to 5000mAh, supporting 68W wired charging and 15W wireless charging, significantly improving battery life.
