Nubia NaviX Ultra, the world’s first AI-powered smartphone, debuts at ChinaJoy.

Fast Technology reported that the 2026 ChinaJoy China International Digital Entertainment Expo opened in Shanghai today, and Nubia’s NaviX Ultra, the world’s first AI-powered smartphone, made its debut at the expo.

In terms of appearance, the Nubia NaviX Ultra is available in four colors: Blue, Dream, Black, and White. The back of the phone features a horizontal racetrack-style camera Deco design, giving it a highly distinctive overall look.

In terms of core configuration, the phone is equipped with a Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 flagship chip and a built-in 7100mAh high-capacity battery.

The imaging system consists of four 50-megapixel lenses, including a triple rear camera setup and a front-facing camera.

The phone features a 6.78-inch 1.5K flat screen on the front, supporting a 144Hz high refresh rate. It adopts a centered single punch-hole design and a narrow bezel design on all four sides, balancing immersive display and everyday operation experience.

The core competitiveness of Nubia NaviX Ultra lies in its underlying system-level GUI Agent intelligent architecture.

Previously, Nubia had announced that it had taken the lead in completing the filing of the large-scale intelligent agent model, and this device will become the first terminal product to be equipped with the relevant large-scale intelligent agent model.

According to reports, the NaviX Ultra will be equipped with Doubao mobile assistant, which focuses on four major capabilities: “understanding, working, remembering, and secure”.

Unlike traditional voice assistants that mainly perform information queries and function navigation, this device can not only understand users’ natural language needs, but also directly call mobile applications and system functions, perform operations across applications, and help users complete practical tasks such as booking tickets, navigation, and information organization.

From simply providing suggestions to directly performing operations on behalf of users, system-level intelligent agents are becoming a new direction for competition in mobile AI.
