OnePlus 13 comes pre-installed with ColorOS 15: the smoothest Android phone

OPPO held a ColorOS 15 smooth dual-engine technology communication meeting this afternoon, focusing on the upgrade of ColorOS 15 in terms of fluency, and announcing that
the OnePlus 13 mobile phone will be the first to be equipped with ColorOS 15 .

It is reported that ColorOS 15 is the first to launch the Aurora and Tide dual-engine design, which is completely reconstructed from the bottom layer to the application layer.

The ColorOS 15 Aurora Engine adopts a system-level rendering and drawing architecture . With the support of this engine, the ColorOS 15 motion effect experience has been comprehensively renewed and upgraded. The control response speed has been increased by 18%, the control stability has been increased by 40%, the fluid cloud rebound motion effect is more flexible, the 3D space motion effect is more delicate, the extreme feedback motion effect is more elastic, and the system-level sliding motion effect covers more third-party applications.

From the intelligent chip cache allocation architecture to the full-stack acceleration of software algorithm efficiency , ColorOS 15’s Tide Engine
fundamentally solves the performance problems of insufficient cache resources in Android’s storage and computing separation, complex instruction architecture and low algorithm efficiency, and brings a chip-level performance solution.

In other aspects, the OnePlus 13 will be equipped with a Snapdragon 8 Extreme Edition processor, with up to 24GB of memory and 1TB of storage, a battery capacity of over 6000mAh, support for 100W fast charging, and 50W wireless fast charging.

OnePlus 13 will also be the first to launch the second-generation Oriental screen with a 2K resolution. The phone will abandon the curved screen design of the previous generation and instead use a full-depth micro-curved screen with very narrow bezels.

In addition, OnePlus 13 will be equipped with ultrasonic fingerprint unlocking, IP69 waterproof and dustproof, and USB Type-C 3.2 interface.

The phone will be released this month and will be OnePlus’ strongest high-end flagship.
